EnRich Psychotherapy

Let's walk the path towards change.

Hey there! My name is Gab.

I help adults who are overwhelmed by their emotions learn practical skills so they can get unstuck, take control, and build the life they want.

Do your feelings come out of nowhere and hit you like a ton of bricks, or do you have trouble understanding them? Do you avoid doing things because you're afraid they won't work out, or struggle to find and keep the relationships you want? It might feel like you're running uphill without an end in sight. You might be judging yourself, and worry that everyone else is judging you too. You know this isn't sustainable, and you need things to change.

I specialize in getting people unstuck and guiding them on the path to change. I give my clients the tools they need to solve their own problems along with the knowledge of when, where, and how to use them. I can teach you to manage your emotions and gain a sense of stability, and navigate the world with less anxiety, higher self-confidence, and stronger relationships.

Let's talk.

DBT Group Skills Training

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training is offered to adults 18 years and up via telehealth. Skills training consists of three modules that run for 10 weeks each. Groups meet 1x per week.

Initial Intake Session (60 mins): $190

Group Sessions (90 mins): $75

Group members must participate in individual therapy for the duration of each module, and must only commit to one full module at a time. It is recommended that you complete all three modules, and clients often find that repeating each module is incredibly helpful in applying the skills most effectively and instinctively.

Current group offerings:

  • Tuesdays 5:00-6:30pm

Specialties & Approach

I specialize in the following areas:

  • Anxiety and mood disorders

  • Difficulties controlling emotions

  • LGBTQIA+ concerns (e.g., identity, self-acceptance, finding community)

  • Life transitions (e.g., changes in relationships, career, school)

I approach my clients with unmistakable authenticity. I focus on providing you with a space where you are free to be your true self, where you can express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We will work together to form a strong therapeutic relationship, and I will support you in using your natural strengths to overcome obstacles and build the life you want.

I am Intensively Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) through Behavioral Tech. I offer DBT-informed therapy and often integrate DBT skills into sessions. The degree to which I teach skills during sessions is dependent on each client’s goals and preferences. Some clients choose to only incorporate skills into sessions on occasion. If I think a particular skill may help with addressing a challenge you present in session, I'll offer to teach it. Other clients choose to make skills training a focus of treatment, so we’ll spend more time learning relevant skills and how to apply them in between sessions.

About Me

I spend my free time playing video games, walking my dogs on local trails, and hanging out with friends and family. I'm a part of multiple fandoms, and if you're curious about which ones, I'll tell you! I love traveling and spending time outside – going to new places energizes me. All of the nature photos on this site are Gab Rich originals! I also enjoy watching college football, and I've practiced martial arts for several years.
